Aspect 120 Landscape Architecture P.C. is leading an interdisciplinary design team for the redevelopment of Pugsley Park and Monument Park in downtown Peekskill, New York. These projects are key components of the City’s broader Downtown Revitalization Initiative, aimed at transforming the urban core into a more vibrant, connected, and resilient community space.

The design approach is grounded in principles of social infrastructure and ecological landscape design, reimagining these two underutilized parks as dynamic public spaces that serve a diverse population while supporting environmental performance.

Scope of services includes:

• Visioning and concept design for both park sites

• Coordination with City staff and a local Project Advisory Committee

• Facilitation of public outreach and informational meetings

• Preparation of full construction documentation packages

• Ongoing support for construction management and inspection

Through a collaborative and community-focused process, Aspect 120 is helping to deliver transformative green spaces that enhance downtown livability, support ecological function, and foster civic pride.
